Before you order please make sure the sizes are appropriate for your needs, as all items are cut to order. All sizes are in metric millimetres.

Delivery times

We try to post within 3-5 working days. Depending on the work load.Please see the front page. Please order with plenty of time.

Postage terms

We use Royal mail and other postal services. Min postage and packing cost is £3.25. There is no min order. All items are worked out on weight. PLEASE NOTE that we cannot guarantee your items will get to you by next day. Royal mail does not guarantee this either.  If you have not received your items within 15 days from our despatched email, then you can place a claim with Royal mail. Royal mail states that you must wait 15 days before you can place a claim.

If the postage is under then you may be asked to pay the extra cost.

Please note:-

We do not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in the post. This is down to Royal Mail. As you are the customer and pay for the postage, then you the customer must make the claim to Royal mail. We will be willing to assist.

We are a fan for recycling so your items could come in a crisp box.

Payment

For payment we use Papal.

We use papal because it’s easy. Papal can also take your credit card. You do not have to be a papal member.

 Placing your order

 Brows through our web site selecting the items you require by using the buy button. You can at any time go to your shopping basket to view the items that you have selected. You can delete items or change the quantity. Once you are satisfied with your order you can hit the continue button. Then you will be taken to the next page. The papal payment page. Here you can pay by card or your papal account if you have one. Once paid, you will receive an email conformation, new order. The next email you will receive will be the in progress. This is where we print off invoices and start to cut them. This will be in a few days. The next email will be to say that your order has been posted.
